We hope you love your Ocean & berries experience. Every formula is developed with care, dermatologically tested for safety, and produced in small batches.

Because skincare is personal and every skin is unique, we understand that each skin can respond differently.

If you are unsure whether a product is right for your skin, or if something doesn’t feel as expected after delivery, please reach out. We are always happy to support you.

Returns

Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Opened Products & Skin Reactions

Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns of opened skincare products.

However, if you experience unexpected discomfort or sensitivity, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us support you, we may request:

  • Clear photos and a brief description of your experience
  • Any other details needed to help us guide you on the best way forward

Where appropriate, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.

This approach allows us to support genuine concerns while maintaining fairness for all customers and sustaining our commitment to small-batch, clinically tested formulations.

Bundles & Sets

Bundles are curated rituals and are treated as a single purchase.

  • Partial returns of bundle items are not accepted
  • Unopened bundles may be returned within 14 days
  • Opened bundle products follow the same policy as opened individual products

Sale & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during:

  • Launch promotions
  • First-time purchase offers
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Discount code offers
  • Bundle promotions
  • Limited releases

are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Store credit may still be considered for verified sensitivity concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

A Note on Skin Sensitivity

All Ocean & berries formulas are dermatologically tested, including on sensitive skin. However, skincare responses can vary between individuals.

We recommend patch testing before first use.
