Changes or Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier first and then reach out to us. We will do our best to support you.
